Cadillac needed a radical new way to position itself to younger, tech-savvy consumers. So we took their 115-year-old business model, completely
disrupted it, and created the Netflix for cars instead. We launched BOOK by Cadillac, the world's first luxury car subscription — an app-based, white glove service that gives drivers access to a fleet of Cadillacs including the Escalade and the 640hp CTS-V, while freeing them from all the burdens of traditional car ownership.
