Volvo Cars has always innovated for people. By 2014, the problem was people had stopped noticing.
So we did something radical: we barely showed the cars.
Instead, we focused on the almost-moments. The near misses where Volvo technology quietly steps in and nothing dramatic happens. Which is exactly the point.
Directed by Wilfrid Brimo, the films carried an ethereal, dreamlike quality, elevated further by an original score inspired by The Chemical Brothers Hanna soundtrack.
